1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the QuickSplit web application, you agree to comply with these terms. QuickSplit is provided "as is" as a free, open-source payment helper utility designed to construct standard NPCI UPI payment QR codes.

2. Compliance & Payment Responsibility

Merchants are solely responsible for ensuring that all business transactions comply with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) guidelines. QuickSplit does not act as a payment aggregator, gateway, or banking entity.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

QuickSplit and its contributors shall not be liable for any transaction failures, bank network timeouts, or disputed customer payments. Always verify incoming payment bank SMS messages or sound box confirmations before releasing sold goods.
